Shipping & Delivery

Here's how we get your order to you, and how long it takes.

Small items

Mattress protectors, crib mattresses and other smaller items ship with FedEx, UPS or USPS.

• They leave one of our warehouses within 1 to 3 business days, unless the product page says otherwise.
• Allow up to 7 to 10 business days for delivery after they ship.

Mattresses and furniture

New York City area

• Free white glove delivery by our own delivery team or a third-party delivery company.
• Delivery can take up to 10 days, but it's usually sooner.
• We'll contact you ahead of time to set a delivery time that works for you.

Rest of the United States

• Delivered by a third-party delivery company.
• Delivery can take up to 4 weeks, but it's usually sooner.
• The delivery company will contact you to schedule a delivery date.

Where we ship

We ship to the lower 48 states. We don't ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
