Shipping & Delivery

HERE IS A SUMMARY OF HOW WE DELIVER YOUR PURCHASES:

 

SMALL ITEMS: Smaller items such as mattress protectors, crib mattresses etc. will leave one of our warehouses within 1-3 business days

(unless otherwise noted on the product page).

We ship these items with FedEx, UPS or USPS.

These items can take up to 7-10 businnes days after shipment to arrive.

 

BIG ITEMS: Larger items such as mattresses and other furniture products will ship as follows:

NYC AREA DELIVERY: We will usually deliver with our in house delivery team or use a third party delivery company.

These items can take up to 10 days to be delivered but can usually be delivered sooner.

You will be contacted in advance to arrange a delivery time that works for you.

THE REST OF THE UNITED STATES: These items will be delivered with a 3rd party delivery company.

It can take up to 4 weeks to be delivered but can usually be delivered sooner.

You will be contacted by the delivery company to arrange a date for delivery.

WE ONLY SHIP TO THE 48 STATES, WE DO NOT SHIP TO ALASKA OR HAWAII.
